Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. On your first cleanup, we'll bill for the initial dog poop removal plus the prorated remainder of the month. After that, you're set up for automatic 1st-of-month billing through your secure online portal.

We are unable to provide a specific timeframe on your scoop day. Our routes run from around 7am to dark and are optimized for efficiency — which helps keep our rates low for you. You will always receive a text notification approximately 60 minutes before we arrive.

Our team works in rain and light snow as long as they can see the yard clearly. If lightning is present, we pause until 30 minutes after the last strike. If weather forces us to skip your pet waste removal, we will perform a double cleanup the following week.

We place all waste into your outdoor trash receptacle. If your bin isn't available, we'll double or triple bag it and leave it neatly at your gate. This helps us keep our pooper scooper service prices lower for you.

We ask that all dogs be kept indoors during our pet waste removal service for everyone's safety. If a dog is loose or showing signs of aggression, our technician will leave and contact you first. We love your pups and are happy to meet them after the cleanup is complete!

We take off New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If your dog poop removal day falls on one of these, we'll skip that week and perform a double cleanup the following week.
